Eric is currently a clinical pharmacy specialist at Valley Baptist-Brownsville. Eric completed both of his Bachelor of Pharmacy and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees at Purdue University. He worked as a clinical pharmacist specialist in the pediatric intensive care unit at Hospital Universitario Pediatrico in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico for 4 years. Later he had the opportunity to join the VA-Medical Center in San Juan as a critical care specialist. He then joined what is today Valley Baptist Medical Center-Brownsville and held different positions including clinical pharmacist specialist, assistant director, and director of pharmacy. Eric also worked as a clinical pharmacy coordinator at Mission Regional Medical Center, Mission, Texas. He is a member of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP).
